Hours: 7:30am - 12:30pm

Job Description

You will be responsible for organising and assisting our small but busy office. We are looking for someone who is super organised and is able to hit the ground running.

Duties will include;

  • Customer Service
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Xero - Invoicing
  • General clerical duties
  • Sort and distribute supplier and customer enquiries
  • Assist with accounts payable & receivable
The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:
  • Customer service skills
  • Administration experience (at least 1 year)
  • Exposure to accounts, specifically invoicing and payroll (Intermediate-advanced user of Xero)
  • Intermediate-advanced user of Microsoft Office Software
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly organised and motivated 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Applicants for this position should have NZ Permanent residency or NZ citizen.
