Ordering Eggs 
Hawkes Bay Eggs is located in Hastings Hawkes Bay. You are welcome to visit us and purchase eggs, otherwise we have delivery / courier options available.

 
Gate Sales 
Please feel free to call in and purchase eggs. Alternately you can place an order online and select pick up or phone us with your order request and we will get it ready and set it aside for you. If you call after business hours please feel free to leave a message and we will call back to confirm your order as soon as possible.

Business Orders

Courier Delivery Service
We use TOLL/TGE Couriers to deliver your eggs. We pack your eggs carefully to minimise breakages. Despite our best efforts breakages happen, please see our returns policy for more information.

Delivery Time Frames
Courier
items are dispatched as soon as we have processed your payment. Delivery should be expected within 1 - 3 working days. Generally next day delivery is expected to most regions.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will not be processed and sent until Monday morning. 

Online Returns Policy
Hawkes Bay Eggs takes pride in our products so we aim to get your orders to you in the same high quality they left our farm. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact sales@hawkesbayeggs.co.nz as soon as possible.

Due to the fragile nature of the product minor damages happen when courier service is used. However if your eggs have been delivered with a significant amount of damage please take a photo immediately and email this through to sales@hawkesbayeggs.co.nz with your name and order number and we will get in contact with you as soon as possible to organise a replacement and/or a full or partial refund.
