Ordering Eggs 
Hawkes Bay Eggs is located in Hastings Hawkes Bay. You are welcome to visit us and purchase eggs, otherwise we have delivery and courier options available.

Gate Sales
We are open for gate sales, however please respect social distancing rules and stay 2 metres apart. You can place an order online and select pick up, or phone us with your order request and we will get it ready and set it aside for you. If you call after business hours please feel free to leave a message and we will call you back to confirm your order as soon as possible.

Prices 
Pricing for products and postage is subject to change at any time without notice. Prices have been reduced across all product ranges during COVID-19.

Business Orders
If you are a business and would like to order eggs or become a regular
Hawkes Bay Eggs customer please click here to place an enquiry, as delivery, prices and order quantities are different to what is on sale here.

Courier Delivery Service
We use Toll Couriers to deliver your eggs. Orders are packed in egg boxes which fit 5 wrapped x 30 pack or 12 x 12 packs, you are welcome to select what you like but please keep this in mind when ordering.

We are currently a registered exporter. If you are an international buyer please email sales@hawkesbayeggs.co.nz

Delivery Time Frames
Courier items are dispatched as soon as we have processed your payment. Delivery should be expected within 1 - 3 working days. Generally next day delivery is expected to most regions.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will not be processed and sent until Monday morning. Please expect delays during COVID-19

Online Returns Policy
Hawkes Bay Eggs takes pride in our products so we aim to get your orders to you in the same high quality they left our farm. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact sales@hawkesbayeggs.co.nz as soon as possible. 
Due to the fragile nature of the product minor damages may happen when courier service is used. If your eggs have been delivered with a significant amount of damage please take a photo immediately and email this through to sales@hawkesbayeggs.co.nz with your name and order number and we will get in contact with you as soon as possible to organise a replacement, refund or credit.
