Shipping policy

We use TOLL/TGE Couriers to deliver your eggs. We pack your eggs carefully to minimise breakages. Despite our best efforts breakages happen, please see our returns policy for more information. 

Delivery Time Frames
Courier items are dispatched as soon as we have processed your payment. Delivery should be expected within 1 - 3 working days. Generally next day delivery is expected to most regions.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will not be processed and sent until Monday morning. 

 

Due to the fragile nature of the product minor damages happen when courier service is used. However if your eggs have been delivered with a significant amount of damage please take a photo immediately and email this through to sales@hawkesbayeggs.co.nz with your name and order number and we will get in contact with you as soon as possible to organise a replacement and/or a full or partial refund.
